Eliyahu took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and struck the waters, and they were divided here and there, so that they two went over on dry ground.


But Na`aman was angry, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and wave his hand over the place, and recover the leper.


Na`aman said, If not, yet, please let there be given to your servant two mules' burden of earth; for your servant will henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice to other gods, but to the LORD.


He who is quick to become angry will commit folly, and a crafty man is hated.


One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; one who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city.


The discretion of a man makes him slow to anger. It is his glory to overlook an offense.
