Then he made an altar of brass, twenty cubits the length of it, and twenty cubits the breadth of it, and ten cubits the height of it.


Moreover Shlomo made the middle of the court holy that was before the house of the LORD; for there he offered the burnt offerings, and the fat of the shalom offerings, because the bronze altar which Shlomo had made was not able to receive the burnt offering, and the meal offering, and the fat.


For the stuff they had was sufficient for all the work to make it, and too much.


It shall be the prince's part to give the burnt offerings, and the meal offerings, and the drink offerings, in the feasts, and on the new moons, and on the Shabbatot, in all the appointed feasts of the house of Yisra'el: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meal offering, and the burnt offering, and the shalom offerings, to make atonement for the house of Yisra'el.


He shall offer from the sacrifice of shalom offerings an offering made by fire to the LORD; its fat, the entire tail fat, he shall take away close to the backbone; and the fat that covers the inwards, and all the fat that is on the inwards,
