He will fly away like a dream and not be found; he will be chased away like a vision of the night.


That they are like straw before the wind, and like chaff that the storm carries away?


You lift me up on the wind; you make me ride on it, and you toss me about in the roar of the storm.


he returns no more to his house, nor does his place know him anymore.


because of your indignation and anger; for you have taken me up and thrown me down.


Let him rain coals on the wicked; fire and sulfur and a scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.


Sooner than your pots can feel the heat of thorns, whether green or ablaze, may he sweep them away!


so may you pursue them with your tempest and terrify them with your hurricane!


Like the east wind I will scatter them before the enemy. I will show them my back, not my face, in the day of their calamity.”
