16 so that he who blesses himself in the land shall bless himself by the God of truth, and he who takes an oath in the land shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten and are hidden from my eyes.

You will forget your misery; you will remember it as waters that have passed away.


Into your hand I commit my spirit; you have redeemed me, O Lord, faithful God.


But the king shall rejoice in God; all who swear by him shall exult, for the mouths of liars will be stopped.


May his name endure forever, his fame continue as long as the sun! May people be blessed in him, all nations call him blessed!


But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.


The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness,


And there will be a highway from Assyria for the remnant that remains of his people, as there was for Israel when they came up from the land of Egypt.


In that day there will be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the Lord of hosts. One of these will be called the City of Destruction.

and if you swear, ‘As the Lord lives,’ in truth, in justice, and in righteousness, then nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.”


“At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.

They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
