Isaac moved from there and dug another well. No men came to argue about that well. So Isaac named that well Rehoboth. [155] Isaac said, “Now the Lord has found a place for us. We will grow and be successful in this place.”


God made Solomon very wise. Solomon could understand many, many things. His wisdom was too great to imagine.


So I will be free. Why?\par Because I try hard to obey your laws.\par


Make my legs and ankles strong,\par so I can walk fast without stumbling.\par


But people that trust the Lord\par become strong again\par like eagles that grow new feathers.\par These people run without becoming weak.\par These people walk without becoming tired.\par


\{This will happen in the future.\}\par And at that time, you will see your people,\par and your faces will shine \{with happiness\}.\par \{First,\} you will be afraid,\par but then, you will be excited!\par All the riches from across the seas\par will be set before you.\par The riches of the nations\par will come to you.\par


\{The Lord’s servant says,\} “The Lord my Master put his Spirit in me. God chose me to tell good news to poor people and to comfort sad people. God sent me to tell the captives that they are free and to tell the prisoners that they have been set free.


Then you will know the truth. And the truth will make you free.”


So if the Son makes you free, then you will be truly free.


The Lord is the Spirit. And where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.


We have spoken freely to you people in Corinth. We have opened our hearts to you.


We have those many people \{of faith\} around us. Their lives tell us what faith means. So we should be like them. We too should run the race that is before us and never stop trying. We should take away \{from our lives\} anything that would stop us. And we should take away the sin that so easily catches us.


Live like free men. But don’t use your freedom as an excuse to do evil. Live like you are serving God.
