Teach your son and punish him when he is wrong. That is the only hope. If you refuse to do this, then you are helping him destroy himself.


Children do foolish things. But if you punish them, they will learn not to do those things.


Spankings and teachings are good for children. If parents let a child do whatever he wants, then he will bring shame to his mother.


Punish your son when he is wrong, then you will always be proud of him. He will never make you ashamed.


Why? Because the Lord corrects the people he loves. Yes, God is like a father \{that punishes\} the son he loves.


But the person who sins against me\par hurts himself.\par All people who hate me love death!”\par


“If a person comes to me, but will not leave his father, mother, wife, children, brothers, or sisters, then that person cannot be my follower. A person must love me more than he loves anything—even his own life!


You must remember that the Lord your God did all those things for you. God was like a father teaching and correcting his son.
