Leviticus 9:22

Then Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people and blessed them. After Aaron finished offering the sin offering, the burnt offering, and the fellowship offerings, he came down {from the altar}.

“Those are the rules for a person who decides to make the Nazirite [96] promise. That person must give all of those gifts to the Lord. But a person might be able to give much more to the Lord.
