But we don’t want to make these tax collectors angry. So \{pay the tax in this way\}: Go to the lake and fish. After you catch the first fish, open the fish’s mouth. Inside its mouth you will find a four-drachma coin. Take that coin and give it to the tax collectors. That will pay the tax for you and me.”


We don’t want people to find anything wrong with our work. So we do nothing that will be a problem to other people.


But we did not agree with anything those false brothers wanted! We wanted the truth of the Good News to continue for you.


But the wisdom that comes from God is like this: First, it is pure. It is also peaceful, gentle, and easy to please. This wisdom is always ready to help people who have trouble and to do good things for other people. This wisdom is always fair and honest.
