30 But if {the owner does not} buy back the house before a full year is finished, then the house that is in the walled city will belong to the person who bought it, and to his descendants. [428] The house will not go back {to the first owner} at the time of Jubilee. [429]
30 And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.
30 And if it is not redeemed within a full year, then the house that is in the fortified city shall be made sure, permanently and without limitations, for him who bought it, throughout his generations. It shall not go free in the Year of Jubilee.
30 And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be made sure in perpetuity to him that bought it, throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubilee.
30 If it is not bought back before a full year has passed, the house in the walled city will belong to the buyer permanently and their descendants forever. It will not be released at the Jubilee.
30 If he has not redeemed it, and the year will have turned full circle, the buyer and his posterity shall possess it, in perpetuity, and it is not able to be redeemed, even in the Jubilee.
30 If he redeem it not, and the whole year be fully out, the buyer shall possess it, and his posterity for ever, and it cannot be redeemed, not even in the jubilee.
But if this person can’t find enough money to get the land back for himself, then what he has sold will stay in the hands of the person who bought it until the year of Jubilee. [427] Then during that special celebration, the land will go back {to the first owner’s family}. So the property will again belong to the right family.
“If a person sells a home in a walled city, then he still has the right to get it back until a full year after he sold the house. His right to get the house back will continue one year.
Towns without walls around them will be treated like open fields. So houses built in those small towns will go back to the first owners at the time of Jubilee.
