Judah is like a lion. My son, you are like a lion standing over the animal it killed. Judah is like a lion. He lies down to rest, and no one is brave enough to disturb him.


Then a strong wind suddenly blew in from the desert and blew the house down. The house fell on your sons and daughters, and they are dead. I am the only person that escaped. So I came to tell you the news!”


The evil person’s children will give back\par what he took from poor people.\par The evil person’s own hands\par must give back his wealth.\par


I stopped evil people abusing their power\par and saved innocent people from them. {\cf2\super [62]} \par


“Job, do you find food for the lions?\par Do you feed their hungry babies?\par


God saves poor people from death.\par He saves the poor people from\par the power of the clever people.\par


There was no one to help his children.\par No one defended them in court.\par


Powerful people will become\par weak and hungry.\par But the people that go to God for help\par will have every good thing.\par


Children, listen to me,\par and I will teach you to respect the Lord.\par


If you don’t help me,\par I will be like an animal\par caught by a lion.\par I will be carried away,\par with no one to save me!\par


A lion has come out of his cave.\par A destroyer of nations has begun to march.\par He has left his home\par to destroy your land.\par Your towns will be destroyed.\par There will be no people left to live in them.\par
