A scroll {\cf2\super [30]} was found in the fortress {\cf2\super [31]} of Ecbatana. Ecbatana is in the province of Media. This is what was written on that scroll:


The Lord was excited about the world\par he made.\par He was happy about the people\par that he put there.\par


The Lord my Master helps me learn, and I have not turned against him. I will not stop following him.


“Jeremiah, get a scroll {\cf2\super [300]} and write on it all the messages I have spoken to you. I have spoken to you about the nations of Israel and Judah and all the nations. Write all the words that I have spoken to you from the time that Josiah was king, until now.


\{God\} said to me, “Son of man, {\cf2\super [18]} eat what you see. Eat this scroll, {\cf2\super [19]} and then go tell these things to the family of Israel.”


Jesus said, “My food is to do what the One (God) who sent me wants me to do. My food is to finish the work that he gave me to do.


“I can do nothing alone. I judge only the way I am told. So my judgment is right. Why? Because I don’t try to please myself. But I want to please the One (God) who sent me.


I came down from heaven to do what God wants me to do. I did not come to do what I want to do.
