There at the town of Riblah, the king of Babylon killed Zedekiah’s sons, while Zedekiah watched. And Nebuchadnezzar killed all the royal officials of Judah while Zedekiah watched.


There at the city of Riblah, the king of Babylon killed Zedekiah’s sons. Zedekiah was forced to watch his sons being killed. The king of Babylon also killed all the king’s officials of Judah.


Say to the Negev Forest, ‘Listen to the word of the Lord. The Lord my Master said these things: Look, I am ready to start a fire in your forest.
