39 They showed him the bronze [479] altar and the bronze screen. They showed him the poles used for carrying the altar. And they showed him all the things that were used on the altar. They showed him the bowl and the base under the bowl.

39 The altar of brass, the grate, the bars, and all the vessels thereof: the laver with the foot thereof: the hangings of the court, and the pillars with their sockets:
Also, that day King Solomon dedicated the yard in front of the temple. He offered burnt offerings, grain offerings, and the fat from the animals that were used as fellowship offerings. King Solomon made these offerings there in the yard. He did this because the bronze altar in front of the Lord was too small to hold them all.
{The Lord said to Moses,} “Use acacia wood and build an altar. [211] The altar should be square. It must be 5 cubits [212] long, 5 cubits [213] wide, and 3 cubits [214] high.
“Make a bronze [302] bowl and put it on a bronze base. You will use this for washing. Put the bowl between the Meeting Tent [303] and the altar. [304] Fill the bowl with water.
That bronze was used to make the bases at the entrance of the Meeting Tent. [452] They also used the bronze to make the altar [453] and the bronze grating. And the bronze was used to make all the tools and dishes for the altar.
They showed Moses the gold altar, [476] the anointing oil, [477] the sweet-smelling incense, [478] and the curtain that covered the entrance to the Tent.
They showed Moses the wall of curtains around the courtyard with the posts and bases. They showed him the curtain that covered the entrance to the courtyard. They showed him the ropes and the tent pegs. They showed him all the things in the Holy Tent, [480] that is, the Meeting Tent.
