So they allowed Rebekah to go with Abraham’s servant and his men. Rebekah’s nurse also went with them.


Early the next morning, Laban kissed his grandchildren and his daughters goodbye. He blessed them and went back home.


Then the Levite [145] man, his woman servant, [146] and his servant got up to leave. But the young woman’s father said, “It is almost dark. The day is almost gone. So stay the night here and enjoy yourself. Tomorrow morning you can get up early and go on your way.”


They left the place where they had been living and started walking back to the land of Judah.
