But some of the people did not obey Moses. Those people saved their food for the next day. But worms got into the food and it began to stink. Moses was angry with the people who did this.


On Friday, the people gathered twice as much food. They gathered 2 baskets [108] for every person. So all the leaders of the people came and told this to Moses.

Every time you find work to do, do it the best you can. In the grave there is no work. There is no thinking, no knowledge, and there is no wisdom. And we are all going to that \{place of death\}.


The thing you should want most is God’s kingdom and doing the good things God wants you to do. Then all these other things you need will be given to you.


Then Jesus said, “The light will be with you for only a short time more. So walk while you have the light. Then the darkness (sin) will not catch you. The person that walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.
