Deuteronomy 29:1 - Easy To Read Version

¹ The Lord made an agreement with the people of Israel at Mount Horeb (Sinai). In addition to that agreement, the Lord also commanded Moses to make another agreement with them while they were in Moab. This is that agreement.

Deuteronomy 1:1

This is the message that Moses gave the people of Israel. He told them these things while they were in the Jordan Valley, in the desert east of the Jordan River. This was across from Suph, between the desert of Paran and the cities Tophel, Laban, Hazeroth, and Dizahab.
