Then shall the trees of the wood give praise before the Lord: because he is come to judge the earth.


May there be none to help him: nor none to pity his fatherless offspring.


and my spirit is in anguish within me: my heart within me is troubled.


The heavens shew forth the glory of God, and the firmament declareth the work of his hands.


Unto the end. A psalm for David.


Gathering together the waters of the sea, as in a vessel; laying up the depths in storehouses.


Unto the end, for the sons of Core.


Sing praises to our God, sing ye: sing praises to our king, sing ye.


All you that are earthborn, and you sons of men: both rich and poor together.


I will teach the unjust thy ways: and the wicked shall be converted to thee.


because thou hast been my helper. And I will rejoice under the covert of thy wings:


Sing ye to God, sing a psalm to his name, make a way for him who ascendeth upon the west: the Lord is his name. Rejoice ye before him: but the wicked shall be troubled at his presence,


The Lord judgeth the people. Judge me, O Lord, according to my justice, and according to my innocence in me.


You that love the Lord, hate evil: the Lord preserveth the souls of his saints, he will deliver them out of the hand of the sinner.


Exalt ye the Lord our God, and adore at his holy mountain: for the Lord our God is holy.


The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the just runneth to it, and shall be exalted.


And a man shall be as when one is hid from the wind, and hideth himself from a storm: as rivers of waters in drought, and the shadow of a rock that standeth out in a desert land.


And he shall be a sanctification to you: but for a stone or stumbling and for a rock of offence to the two houses of Israel, for a snare and a ruin to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.


The Lord is good and giveth strength in the day of trouble: and knoweth them that hope in him.


Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent to thee, how often would I have gathered thy children as the bird doth her brood under her wings, and thou wouldest not?


His dwelling is above, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He shall cast out the enemy from before thee, and shall say: Be thou brought to nought.


That by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have the strongest comfort, who have fled for refuge to hold fast the hope set before us.
