And blessing the king, he went out.


After this Joseph brought in his father to the king, and presented him before him. And he blessed him.


And he blessed them at that time, saying: In thee shall Israel be blessed. And it shall be said: God do to thee as to Ephraim, and as to Manasses. And he set Ephraim before Manasses.


And he stood and blessed all the assembly of Israel with a loud voice, saying:


The sons of Amram: Aaron, and Moses. And Aaron was separated to minister in the holy of holies, he and his sons for ever, and to burn incense before the Lord, according to his ceremonies, and to bless his name for ever.


And the priests and the Levites rose up and blessed the people. And their voice was heard: and their prayer came to the holy dwelling-place of heaven.


And when Moses saw all things finished, he blessed them.


And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:


To all that are at Rome, the beloved of God, called to be saints. Grace to you, and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

At that time he separated the tribe of Levi: to carry the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and to stand before him in the ministry, and to bless in his name until this present day.

This is the blessing, wherewith the man of God Moses blessed the children of Israel, before his death.
