I have surveyed all things with my mind, to know, and consider, and seek out wisdom and reason: and to know the wickedness of the fool, and the error of the imprudent:


And you shall leave your name for an execration to my elect. And the Lord God shall slay thee and call his servants by another name.


And I will deliver them up to vexation and affliction, to all the kingdoms of the earth: to be a reproach and a byword and a proverb, and to be a curse in all places to which I have cast them out.


And I will persecute them with the sword and with famine and with the pestilence: and I will give them up unto affliction to all the kingdoms of the earth: to be a curse and an astonishment and a hissing and a reproach to all the nations to which I have driven them out:


And of them shall be taken up a curse by all the captivity of Juda that are in Babylon, saying: The Lord make thee like Sedecias and like Achab whom the king of Babylon fried in the fire:

What fruit therefore had you then in those things, of which you are now ashamed? For the end of them is death.


To the one indeed the odour of death unto death: but to the others the odour of life unto life. And for these things who is so sufficient?


And thou shalt be lost, as a proverb and a byword to all people, among whom the Lord shall bring thee in.


And especially them who walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government, audacious, self willed, they fear not to bring in sects, blaspheming.
