And they kept the feast of tabernacles, as it is written: and offered the holocaust every day orderly according to the commandment, the duty of the day in its day.


Command Aaron and his sons: This is the law of a holocaust. It shall be burnt upon the altar, all night until morning: the fire shall be of the same altar.


And the multitude have forgotten to do it: they shall offer a calf out of the herd, a holocaust for a most sweet savour to the Lord, and the sacrifice and libations thereof, as the ceremonies require, and a buck-goat for sin.


Whosoever immolateth the victim shall offer a sacrifice of fine flour, the tenth part of an ephi, tempered with the fourth part of a hin of oil.


And you shall offer a holocaust for a most sweet odour to the Lord: two calves of the herd, one ram, and seven lambs of a year old, without blemish.


And the sacrifices and the libations for every one, for the calves and for the rams, and for the lambs, you shall duly celebrate:

The sojourner also and the stranger if they be among you shall make the phase to the Lord according to the ceremonies and justifications thereof. The same ordinance shall be with you both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land.
