And they took his coat, and dipped it in the blood of a kid, which they had killed.


And a buck-goat for sin, besides the things that are wont to be offered for sin, for expiation, and for the perpetual holocaust with their sacrifice and libations.


And the sacrifices and the libations of every one for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall celebrate in right manner:


The fifth day you shall offer nine calves, two rams, and fourteen lambs of a year old, without blemish.


Then Jesus said to those Jews, who believed him: If you continue in my word, you shall be my disciples indeed.


And when the synagogue was broken up, many of the Jews, and of the strangers who served God, followed Paul and Barnabas: who speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.


To them indeed, who according to patience in good work, seek glory and honour and incorruption, eternal life:


To whom we yielded not by subjection, no not for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.


And in doing good, let us not fail. For in due time we shall reap, not failing.


But you, brethren, be not weary in well doing.


But we are not the children of withdrawing unto perdition, but of faith to the saving of the soul.


By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise always to God, that is to say, the fruit of lips confessing to his name.


For we are made partakers of Christ: yet so, if we hold the beginning of his substance firm unto the end.
