These are the instruments of the tabernacle of the testimony, which were counted according to the commandment of Moses, in the ceremonies of the Levites, by the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron, the priest:


But appoint them over the tabernacle of the testimony, and all the vessels thereof, and whatsoever pertaineth to the ceremonies. They shall carry the tabernacle and all the furniture thereof: and they shall minister, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.


But the Levites shall pitch their tents round about the tabernacle, lest there come indignation upon the multitude of the children of Israel: and they shall keep watch, and guard the tabernacle of the testimony.


And when all the multitude cried out, and would have stoned them, the glory of the Lord appeared over the tabernacle of the covenant to all the children of Israel.


And thou shalt lay them up in the tabernacle of the covenant before the testimony, where I will speak to thee.


And Moses spoke to the children of Israel: and all the princes gave him rods one for every tribe. And there were twelve rods besides the rod of Aaron.


And take with thee thy brethren also of the tribe of Levi, and the sceptre of thy father: and let them be ready in hand, and minister to thee. But thou and thy sons shall minister in the tabernacle of the testimony.


Now on the day that the tabernacle was reared up, a cloud covered it. But from the evening there was over the tabernacle, as it were, the appearance of fire until the morning.


The tabernacle of the testimony was with our fathers in the desert, as God ordained for them, speaking to Moses, that he should make it according to the form which he had seen.
