And leaving the city Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capharnaum on the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim;


AND entering into a boat, he passed over the water and came into his own city.


But he being gone out, began to publish and to blaze abroad the word: so that he could not openly go into the city, but was without in desert places: and they flocked to him from all sides.


And it was heard that he was in the house, and many came together, so that there was no room; no, not even at the door; and he spoke to them the word.


And they come to a house, and the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.


And when he was come into the house from the multitude, his disciples asked him the parable.


And rising from thence he went into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon: and entering into a house, he would that no man should know it, and he could not be hid.


And he said to them: This kind can go out by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.


And he said to them: Doubtless you will say to me this similitude: Physician, heal thyself: as great things as we have heard done in Capharnaum, do also here in thy own country.


And behold, men brought in a bed a man, who had the palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him before him.


He having heard that Jesus was come from Judea into Galilee, went to him, and prayed him to come down, and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.


And when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded in mind, because that every man heard them speak in his own tongue.
