And he added and said: Hear thou therefore the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing by him on the right hand and on the left.


Alleluia. I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; in the council of the just: and in the congregation.


Come and behold ye the works of the Lord: what wonders he hath done upon earth,


And Jesus said to them: Amen, I say to you, that you, who have followed me, in the regeneration, when the Son of man shall sit on the seat of his majesty, you also shall sit on twelve seats judging the twelve tribes of Israel.


And when the Son of man shall come in his majesty, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his majesty.


But he said to them: What would you that I should do for you?


And the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God.


For he that shall be ashamed of me, and of my words, in this adulterous and sinful generation: the Son of man also will be ashamed of him, when he shall come in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.


Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and so to enter into his glory?


Searching what or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ in them did signify: when it foretold those sufferings that are in Christ, and the glories that should follow:
