So David assembled all Israel from Sihor of Egypt, even to the entering into Emath, to bring the ark of God from Cariathiarim.


And he gathered all Israel together into Jerusalem, that the ark of God might be brought into its place, which he had prepared for it.


And much people were assembled to Jerusalem to celebrate the solemnity of the unleavened bread in the second month.


For the king, taking counsel, and the princes, and all the assembly of Jerusalem, decreed to keep the phase the second month.


And all the multitude of Juda with the priests and Levites; and all the assembly, that came out of Israel; and the proselytes of the land of Israel, and that dwelt in Juda, were full of joy.


And after this he gathered together the ancients of Israel, and all the princes of the tribes, and the heads of the families, of the children of Israel to Jerusalem, to bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of the city of David, which is Sion.


And king Solomon and all the assembly of Israel, and all that were gathered together before the ark, sacrificed rams, and oxen without number: so great was the multitude of the victims.


And the seventh month came: and the children of Israel were in their cities. And all the people were gathered together as one man to the street which is before the water gate: and they spoke to Esdras the scribe, to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the Lord had commanded to Israel.


And when the priest that purifieth the man hath presented him, and all these things before the Lord, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony:


Take Aaron with his sons, their vestments, and the oil of unction: a calf for sin, two rams, a basket with unleavened bread,


And Moses did as the Lord had commanded. And all the multitude being gathered together before the door of the tabernacle:


Take the rod, and assemble the people together, thou and Aaron thy brother: and speak to the rock before them, and it shall yield waters. And when thou hast brought forth water out of the rock, all the multitude and their cattle shall drink.


When they went from that place, the well appeared whereof the Lord said to Moses: Gather the people together, and I will give them water.


And thou shalt bring the Levites before the tabernacle of the covenant, calling together all the multitude of the children of Israel.


AND when the days of the Pentecost were accomplished, they were all together in one place:
