And said: The land is before you; dwell wheresoever it shall please thee.


And dwell with us: the land is at your command, till, trade, and possess it.


These men are peaceable and willing to dwell with us: let them trade in the land, and till it, which being large and wide wanteth men to till it. We shall take their daughters for wives, and we will give them ours.


I shall now presently try what you are. By the health of Pharao, you shall not depart hence, until your youngest brother come.


And bring your youngest brother to me, that I may find your words to be true, and you may not die. And they did as he had said.


Besides that which the men brought him that were over the tributes, and the merchants, and they that sold by retail, and all the kings of Arabia, and the governors of the country.
