Until I go into the sanctuary of God, and understand concerning their last ends.


Hearing, I heard Ephraim when he went into captivity. Thou hast chastised me: and I was instructed, as a young bullock unaccustomed to the yoke. Convert me, and I shall be converted: for thou art the Lord my God.


And she shall bring forth a son: and thou shalt call his name JESUS. For he shall save his people from their sins.


And he answering, said: I was not sent but to the sheep that are lost of the house of Israel.


And that penance and remission of sins should be preached in his name, unto all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.


You adore that which you know not: we adore that which we know; for salvation is of the Jews.


But you shall receive the power of the Holy Ghost coming upon you, and you shall be witnesses unto me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and Samaria, and even to the uttermost part of the earth.


Men, brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you fear God, to you the word of this salvation is sent.


Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the sorrows of hell, as it was impossible that he should be holden by it.


This Jesus hath God raised again, whereof all we are witnesses.


But to them first that are at Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and unto all the country of Judea, and to the Gentiles did I preach, that they should do penance, and turn to God, doing works worthy of penance.


The God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus, whom you indeed delivered up and denied before the face of Pilate, when he judged he should be released.


But the author of life you killed, whom God hath raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.


That when the times of refreshment shall come from the presence of the Lord, and he shall send him who hath been preached unto you, Jesus Christ,


For Moses said: A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me: him you shall hear according to all things whatsoever he shall speak to you.


You are the children of the prophets, and of the testament which God made to our fathers, saying to Abraham: And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.


For I am not ashamed of the gospel. For it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth, to the Jew first, and to the Greek.


And I know, that when I come to you, I shall come in the abundance of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.


For I say that Christ Jesus was minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers.


Blessed by the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with spiritual blessings in heavenly places, in Christ:


Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy hath regenerated us unto a lively hope, by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,


Not rendering evil for evil, nor railing for railing, but contrariwise, blessing: for unto this are you called, that you may inherit a blessing.


Now to him who is able to preserve you without sin, and to present you spotless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,
