Old age is a crown of dignity, when it is found in the ways of justice.


And the morrow after, he entered into Caesarea. And Cornelius waited for them, having called together his kinsmen and special friends.


And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Then they desired him to tarry with them some days.


Now they who had been dispersed by the persecution that arose on occasion of Stephen, went about as far as Phenice and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to none, but to the Jews only.


And there arose a dissension, so that they departed one from another; and Barnabas indeed taking Mark, sailed to Cyprus.


And when there had been much disputing, Peter, rising up, said to them: Men, brethren, you know, that in former days God made choice among us, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.


And the next day departing, we came to Caesarea. And entering into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, we abode with him.


And Joseph, who, by the apostles, was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, by interpretation, The son of consolation,) a Levite, a Cyprian born,


But Philip was found in Azotus; and passing through, he preached the gospel to all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.


Salute Andronicus and Junias, my kinsmen and fellow prisoners: who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.


For charity sake I rather beseech, whereas thou art such a one, as Paul an old man, and now a prisoner also of Jesus Christ.
