He hath not done in like manner to every nation: and his judgments he hath not made manifest to them. Alleluia.


Ephraim is a partaker with idols, let him alone.


For all people will walk every one in the name of his god: but we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever.


And God indeed having winked at the times of this ignorance, now declareth unto men, that all should every where do penance.


And as they liked not to have God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate sense, to do those things which are not convenient;


Whom God hath proposed to be a propitiation, through faith in his blood, to the shewing of his justice, for the remission of former sins,


That you were at that time without Christ, being aliens from the conversation of Israel, and strangers to the testament, having no hope of the promise, and without God in this world.


For the time past is sufficient to have fulfilled the will of the Gentiles, for them who have walked in riotousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and unlawful worshipping of idols.
