But as for me, when they were troublesome to me, I was clothed with haircloth. I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer shall be turned into my bosom.


And he shall give the ungodly for his burial and the rich for his death: because he hath done no iniquity, neither was there deceit in his mouth.


And as he was sitting in the place of judgment, his wife sent to him, saying: Have thou nothing to do with that just man; for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.


Saying: I have sinned in betraying innocent blood. But they said: What is that to us? look thou to it.


And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this man hath done no evil.


Now the centurion, seeing what was done, glorified God, saying: Indeed this was a just man.


Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him: and he saith of him: Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom there is no guile.


Which of you shall convince me of sin? If I say the truth to you, why do you not believe me?


Him, who knew no sin, he hath made sin for us, that we might be made the justice of God in him.


For we have not a high priest, who can not have compassion on our infirmities: but one tempted in all things like as we are, without sin.


So also Christ was offered once to exhaust the sins of many; the second time he shall appear without sin to them that expect him unto salvation.


My little children, these things I write to you, that you may not sin. But if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the just:


And you know that he appeared to take away our sins, and in him there is no sin.


And in their mouth there was found no lie; for they are without spot before the throne of God.
