‘He told him, “I will condemn you by what you have said, you evil servant! If you knew I was a harsh man, collecting what I didn’t deposit and reaping what I didn’t sow,


But since the Pharisees and experts in the law  had not been baptised by him, they rejected the plan of God for themselves.  )


Anyone who believes in him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned,   because he has not believed in the name   of the one and only Son   of God.


Paul and Barnabas boldly replied, ‘It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first. Since you reject it and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, we are turning to the Gentiles.


Since we have heard that some without our authorisation went out from us  and troubled you with their words and unsettled your hearts,  ,


He wrote the following letter:


Now we know that whatever the law says,  it speaks to those who are subject to the law,  , so that every mouth may be shut and the whole world may become subject to God’s judgement.  ,


Remind them of these things, and charge them before God  not to fight about words.  This is useless and leads to the ruin of those who listen.


It is necessary to silence them; they are ruining entire households by teaching what they shouldn’t in order to get money dishonestly.


and may not pay attention to Jewish myths  and the commands of people who reject the truth.


For if we deliberately go on sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
