Moses left Pharaoh and the city, and spread out his hands to the Lord. Then the thunder and hail ceased, and rain no longer poured down on the land.


Look, the Lord has a strong and mighty one   – like a devastating hailstorm, like a storm with strong flooding water. He will bring it across the land with his hand.


you will be punished by the  Lord of Armies with thunder, earthquake, and loud noise, storm, tempest, and a flame of consuming fire.


And the Lord will make the splendour of his voice heard and reveal his arm   striking in angry wrath and a flame of consuming fire, in driving rain, a torrent, and hailstones.


But hail will level the forest,  , and the city will sink into the depths.


I will execute judgement on him with plague and bloodshed. I will pour out torrential rain, hailstones, fire, and burning sulphur on him, as well as his troops and the many peoples who are with him.


I will display wonders in the heavens and on the earth: blood, fire, and columns of smoke.


For the sun rises and, together with the scorching wind, dries up the grass; its flower falls off, and its beautiful appearance perishes. In the same way, the rich person will wither away while pursuing his activities.


As they fled before Israel, the Lord threw large hailstones on them  from the sky along the descent of Beth-horon all the way to Azekah, and they died. More of them died from the hail than the Israelites killed with the sword.


For All flesh is like grass, and all its glory   like a flower of the grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls,


Its tail swept away a third of the stars in heaven and hurled them to the earth.  And the dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she did give birth it might devour her child.


The first went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and severely painful sores  broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshipped its image.


Enormous hailstones, each weighing about fifty kilograms,  fell from the sky on people, and they blasphemed God  for the plague of hail because that plague was extremely severe.


And I looked, and there was a pale-green  horse. Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following after him.  They were  given authority  over a fourth of the earth, to kill by the sword, by famine, by plague, and by the wild animals of the earth.


After this I saw four angels  standing at the four corners of the earth, restraining the four winds of the earth  so that no wind could blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree.


So the four angels who were prepared for the hour, day, month, and year  were released to kill a third  of the human race.


A third of the human race was killed by these three plagues #– #by the fire, the smoke, and the sulphur that came from their mouths.


They were told not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green plant, or any tree,  but only those people who do not have God’s seal on their foreheads.
