The person who strays from the way of prudence will come to rest in the assembly of the departed spirits.


But the way of the wicked is like the darkest gloom; they don’t know what makes them stumble.


They have not known the path of peace, and there is no justice in their ways. They have made their roads crooked; no one who walks on them will know peace.


When a righteous person turns from his righteousness and acts unjustly, he will die for this. He will die because of the injustice he has committed.


and those who turn back from following the  Lord, who do not seek the  Lord or enquire of him.


There was a man sent from God whose name was John.


Jesus answered, ‘The light will be with you only a little longer.   Walk while you have the light   so that darkness doesn’t overtake you.   The one who walks in darkness doesn’t know where he’s going.


For though they knew God, they did not glorify him as God or show gratitude. Instead, their thinking became worthless, and their senseless hearts were darkened.
