‘But you are not to be called “Rabbi,” because you have one Teacher,   and you are all brothers and sisters.


Ananias went and entered the house. He placed his hands on him and said, ‘Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road you were travelling, has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.’


For he who is called by the Lord as a slave  is the Lord’s freedman. Likewise he who is called as a free man is Christ’s slave.


Slaves, obey your human  masters in everything. Don’t work only while being watched, as people-pleasers, but work wholeheartedly, fearing the Lord.


Let those who have believing masters not be disrespectful to them because they are brothers, but serve them even better, since those who benefit from their service are believers and dearly loved.  , Teach and encourage these things.


Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession.


Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God,  and everyone who loves the Father  also loves the one born of him.
