20 The priest is to present them as a presentation offering before the Lord.  It is a holy portion for the priest, in addition to the breast of the presentation offering and the thigh of the contribution.  After that, the Nazirite may drink wine.

Go, eat your bread with pleasure, and drink your wine with a cheerful heart, for God has already accepted your works.


On this mountain,  , the Lord of Armies will prepare for all the peoples a feast of choice meat, a feast with aged wine, prime cuts of choice meat,  fine vintage wine.


and the ransomed of the  Lord will return and come to Zion with singing, crowned with unending joy. Joy and gladness will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee.


They are to bring the thigh of the contribution and the breast of the presentation offering, together with the food offerings of the fat portions, to present as a presentation offering before the Lord. It will belong permanently  to you and your children, as the Lord commanded.’


He will present the sheaf before the Lord so that you may be accepted; the priest is to present it on the day after the Sabbath.


His own hands will bring the food offerings to the Lord. He will bring the fat together with the breast. The breast is to be presented as a presentation offering  before the Lord.


The priest is to burn the fat on the altar, but the breast belongs to Aaron and his sons.


You are to give the right thigh  to the priest as a contribution from your fellowship sacrifices.


I have taken from the Israelites the breast of the presentation offering and the thigh of the contribution from their fellowship sacrifices, and have assigned them to the priest Aaron and to his sons as a permanent portion  , from the Israelites.’


but he presented the breasts  and the right thigh as a presentation offering  before the Lord, as Moses had commanded.


Ephraim  will be like a warrior, and their hearts will be glad as if with wine. Their children will see it and be glad; their hearts will rejoice in the  Lord.


The Lord of Armies will defend them. They will consume and conquer with slingstones; they will drink and be rowdy as if with wine. They will be as full as the sprinkling basin, like those at the corners of the altar.


How lovely and beautiful! Grain will make the young men flourish, and new wine, the young women.


But their meat belongs to you. It belongs to you like the breast of the presentation offering and the right thigh.


The priest is to take the grain offering of jealousy from the woman, present the offering before the Lord, and bring it to the altar.


‘These are the instructions about the Nazirite who vows his offering to the Lord for his consecration,  in addition to whatever else he can afford; he must fulfil whatever vow he makes in keeping with the instructions for his consecration.’


But I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.’


Truly I tell you,   I will no longer drink of the fruit of the vine   until that day when I drink it new   , in the kingdom of God.’


When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, ‘It is finished.’   Then bowing his head, he gave up his spirit.
