The Lord said to him, ‘Who placed a mouth on humans? Who makes a person mute or deaf, seeing or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?


Balaam answered the donkey, ‘You made me look like a fool. If I had a sword in my hand, I’d kill you now! ’


For nothing will be impossible with God.’


For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together with labour pains  until now.


For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and I will set aside the intelligence of the intelligent.   ,


but received a rebuke for his lawlessness: A speechless donkey spoke with a human voice and restrained the prophet’s madness.
