He displayed the glorious wealth of his kingdom and the magnificent splendour of his greatness  for a total of 180 days.


Then Haman described for them his glorious wealth and his many sons. He told them all how the king had honoured him and promoted him in rank over the other officials and the royal staff.


the king exclaimed, ‘Is this not Babylon the Great that I have built to be a royal residence by my vast power and for my majestic glory? ’


Balaam said to Balak, ‘Stay here by your burnt offering while I am gone. Maybe the Lord will meet with me. I will tell you whatever he reveals to me.’ So he went to a barren hill.


For what will it benefit someone if he gains the whole world yet loses his life? Or what will anyone give in exchange for his life?


Then the devil took him to the holy city, stood him on the pinnacle of the temple,


For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything he is doing, and he will show him greater works   than these so that you will be amazed.


For All flesh is like grass, and all its glory   like a flower of the grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls,


The seventh angel blew his trumpet,  and there were loud voices in heaven saying, The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.
