This is the word of the  Lord your Maker, the one who formed you from the womb: He will help you. Do not fear, Jacob my servant, Jeshurun  whom I have chosen.


There is no one to guide her among all the children she has brought up; there is no one to take hold of her hand among all the offspring she has brought up.


This one will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors on the day I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt #– #my covenant that they broke even though I am their master’  ,  #– #the Lord’s declaration.


and begged him earnestly, ‘My little daughter is dying. Come and lay your hands on  her so that she can get well  , and live.’


So he took him away from the crowd in private. After putting his fingers in the man’s ears and spitting,  he touched his tongue.


He looked up and said, ‘I see people #– #they look like trees walking.’


Then he sent  him home, saying, ‘Don’t even go into the village.’   ,


The commander took him by the hand, led him aside, and enquired privately, ‘What is it you have to report to me? ’


Saul got up from the ground, and though his eyes were open, he could see nothing. So they took him by the hand and led him into Damascus.


not like the covenant that I made with their ancestors on the day I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt. I showed no concern for them, says the Lord, because they did not continue in my covenant.


I advise you to buy from me gold refined in the fire so that you may be rich,   white clothes so that you may be dressed and your shameful nakedness not be exposed,   and ointment to spread on your eyes so that you may see.
