³² They brought to him a deaf man who had difficulty speaking and begged Jesus to lay his hand on him.

³² Some people brought to him a man who was deaf and could hardly speak, and they begged him to place his hand on the man for healing.

³² And they bring to him one deaf and dumb; and they besought him that he would lay his hand upon him.

and begged him earnestly, ‘My little daughter is dying. Come and lay your hands on her so that she can get well , and live.’

Immediately his ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak clearly.

Now he was driving out a demon that was mute. When the demon came out, the man who had been mute spoke, and the crowds were amazed.
