Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout in triumph, Daughter Jerusalem! Look, your King is coming to you; he is righteous and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

Tell Daughter Zion, ‘See, your King is coming to you, gentle, and mounted on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’   ,

But the chief priests stirred up the crowd so that he would release Barabbas to them instead.

Again they shouted, ‘Crucify him! ’

They began to accuse him, saying, ‘We found this man misleading our nation, opposing payment of taxes  to Caesar, and saying that he himself is the Messiah, a king.’
