Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man,   it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the one to come.


‘The master praised the unrighteous manager   because he had acted shrewdly. For the children of this age   are more shrewd than the children of light   in dealing with their own people.


People went on eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage   until the day Noah boarded the ark,   and the flood came and destroyed them all.


In the resurrection, therefore, whose wife will the woman be? For all seven had married her.’


For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife,   and the two will become one flesh.   ,


Marriage is to be honoured by all and the marriage bed kept undefiled, because God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
