Leah said, ‘I am happy that the women call me happy,’  so she named him Asher.


So  the priest Hilkiah, Ahikam, Achbor, Shaphan, and Asaiah went to the prophetess  Huldah, wife of Shallum son of Tikvah,  son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe. She lived in Jerusalem in the Second District.  They spoke with her.


You will approach the grave  in full vigour, as a pile of sheaves is gathered in its season.


Then the prophetess Miriam,  Aaron’s sister, took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women came out following her with tambourines and dancing.


‘Now you, son of man, face  the women among your people who prophesy  out of their own imagination, and prophesy against them.


and a sword will pierce your own soul #– #that the thoughts  of many hearts may be revealed.’


At that very moment,  she came up and began to thank God and to speak about him to all who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem.  ,


I will even pour out my Spirit on my servants in those days, both men and women and they will prophesy.


This man had four virgin daughters who prophesied.


Every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonours her head, since that is one and the same as having her head shaved.


Now concerning spiritual gifts:  brothers and sisters, I do not want you to be unaware.


An overseer,  therefore, must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, self-controlled, sensible,  respectable, hospitable,  able to teach,


No widow is to be enrolled on the list for support unless she is at least sixty years old, has been the wife of one husband,


The fifth lot came out for the tribe of Asher’s descendants by their clans.
