‘When you help the Hebrew women give birth, observe them as they deliver. If the child is a son, kill him, but if it’s a daughter, she may live.’


Pharaoh then commanded all his people, ‘You must throw every son born to the Hebrews into the Nile, but let every daughter live.’


Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with my righteous right hand.


Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you men  of Israel. I will help you’ – this is the  Lord’s declaration. Your Redeemer  is the Holy One of Israel.


I #– #I am the one who comforts you. Who are you that you should fear humans who die, or a son of man who is given up like grass?


Listen to me, you who know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my instruction: do not fear disgrace by men, and do not be shattered by their taunts.


When Daniel learned that the document had been signed, he went into his house. The windows in its upstairs room opened towards Jerusalem,  and three times a day he got down on his knees, prayed, and gave thanks to his God,  just as he had done before.


Don’t fear those who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul;   rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.


At this time Moses was born, and he was beautiful in God’s sight. He was cared for in his father’s home for three months.


Therefore, we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?   ,
