This good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed in all the world   as a testimony to all nations,   and then the end will come.


The Word  became flesh  and dwelt  among us. We observed his glory,  the glory as the one and only  Son  from the Father, full of grace and truth.


No one has ever seen God. The one and only  Son, who is himself God and is at the Father’s  side   #– #he has revealed him.


For God loved   the world in this way:   He gave   his one and only   Son,   so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.


For those he foreknew he also predestined  to be conformed to the image of his Son,  so that he would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.


Rejoice, you nations, concerning his people,  , for he will avenge the blood of his servants. He will take vengeance on his adversaries;  , he will purify his land and his people.


He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.


He is also the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that he might come to have first place in everything.


For to which of the angels did he ever say, You are my Son; today I have become your Father,   , or again, I will be his Father, and he will be my Son?  ,


Therefore, as he was coming into the world, he said: You did not desire sacrifice and offering, but you prepared a body for me.


who has gone into heaven  and is at the right hand of God  with angels, authorities, and powers subject to him.


God’s love was revealed among us  in this way: God sent  his one and only Son  into the world so that we might live  through him.


and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness,  the firstborn from the dead  and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has set us free  from our sins by his blood,
