And all the nations of the earth will be blessed  by your offspring  because you have obeyed my command.’


I will put hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.


The sceptre will not depart from Judah or the staff from between his feet until he whose right it is comes  , and the obedience of the peoples belongs to him.


When the priests came out of the holy place, the cloud filled the Lord’s temple,


and because of the cloud, the priests were not able to continue ministering, for the glory  of the Lord filled the temple.

People will go into caves in the rocks and holes in the ground, away from the terror of the  Lord and from his majestic splendour, when he rises to terrify the earth.

I made the nations quake at the sound of its downfall, when I threw it down to Sheol to be with those who descend to the Pit. Then all the trees of Eden,  the choice and best of Lebanon, all the well-watered trees, were comforted  in the underworld.


I swear in my zeal and fiery wrath:  On that day there will be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.


Then the man brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the temple. I looked, and the glory of the Lord filled his temple.  And I fell face down.

‘See, I am going to send my messenger,  and he will clear the way before me.  Then the Lord you seek  will suddenly come to his temple,  the Messenger of the covenant you delight in #– #see, he is coming,’ says the Lord of Armies.


Every day he was teaching  in the temple. The chief priests, the scribes, and the leaders of the people were looking for a way to kill  him,


Guided by the Spirit, he entered the temple. When the parents brought in the child Jesus to perform for him what was customary under the law,


After three days, they found him in the temple sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions.


One  day as he was teaching  the people in the temple and proclaiming the good news,  the chief priests and the scribes, with the elders,  came


Then all the people would come early in the morning to hear him in the temple.


The Word  became flesh  and dwelt  among us. We observed his glory,  the glory as the one and only  Son  from the Father, full of grace and truth.


Now the Scripture saw in advance that God would justify the Gentiles by faith and proclaimed the gospel in advance to Abraham,  saying, All the nations   will be blessed through you.   ,


For the entire fullness  of God’s nature dwells bodily  in Christ,
