When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him, saying, ‘I am God Almighty.  Live  in my presence and be blameless.


He said to me, “The Lord before whom I have walked  will send his angel with you and make your journey a success, and you will take a wife for my son from my clan and from my father’s family.


Then he blessed Joseph and said: The God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the God who has been my shepherd  all my life to this day,


Enoch was 65 years old when he fathered Methuselah.


So Enoch’s life lasted for 365 years.


Enoch walked with God; then he was not there because God took him.


These are the family records  of Noah. Noah was a righteous man,  blameless among his contemporaries;  Noah walked with God.


and so that the Lord will fulfil his promise that he made to me: “If your sons take care to walk faithfully before me with all their heart and all their soul,  you will never fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.”


‘Please, Lord, remember  how I have walked before you faithfully and wholeheartedly and have done what pleases you.’  , And Hezekiah wept bitterly.


Then the Lord said to Moses, ‘I am going to rain bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. This way I will test them to see whether or not they will follow my instructions.


Take me with you   #– #let’s hurry. Oh, that the king would bring  me to his chambers. We will rejoice and be glad in you; we will celebrate your caresses more than wine. It is only right that they adore you.


Let whoever is wise  understand these things, and whoever is insightful recognise them. For the ways of the  Lord are right, and the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.


I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.


Can two walk together without agreeing to meet?


Though all the peoples walk in the name of their own gods, we will walk  in the name of the  Lord  our God for ever and ever.


Mankind, he has told each of you what is good and what it is the  Lord requires of you: to act justly, to love faithfulness, and to walk humbly with your God.


True instruction was in his mouth, and nothing wrong was found on his lips. He walked with me  in peace and integrity and turned many from iniquity.


Both were righteous in God’s sight,  living blamelessly  according to all the commands and requirements of the Lord.


So the church  throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and was strengthened. Living in the fear of the Lord and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it increased in numbers.


Therefore, there is now no condemnation  for those in  Christ Jesus,  ,


Let each one live his life in the situation the Lord assigned when God called  him.  This is what I command in all the churches.


And what agreement does the temple of God have with idols?  For we  are the temple of the living God, as God said: I will dwell and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.   ,


Pay careful attention, then, to how you walk #– #not as unwise people but as wise #– #


You must follow the Lord your God and fear him. You must keep his commands and listen to him; you must worship him and remain faithful  to him.


The Lord will establish you as his holy people,  as he swore to you, if you obey the commands of the Lord your God and walk in his ways.


Follow the whole instruction the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live, prosper, and have a long life in the land you will possess.


so that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work  and growing in the knowledge of God,


Act wisely towards outsiders, making the most of the time.


we encouraged, comforted, and implored each one of you to walk worthy of God,  who calls you into his own kingdom  and glory.


Additionally then, brothers and sisters, we ask and encourage you in the Lord Jesus, that as you have received instruction from us on how you should live and please God #– #as you are doing   #– #do this even more.


If we walk in the light  as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus  his Son cleanses us from all sin.
