The angel of the Lord   found her by a spring in the wilderness, the spring on the way to Shur.


And they  settled from Havilah to Shur, which is opposite Egypt as you go towards Asshur.  He  stayed near  all his relatives.


His estate included seven thousand sheep and goats, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen, five hundred female donkeys,  and a very large number of servants. Job was the greatest man among all the people of the east.


Then Moses led Israel on from the Red Sea, and they went out to the Wilderness of Shur. They journeyed for three days in the wilderness without finding water.


They completely destroyed  everything in the city with the sword #– #every man and woman, both young and old, and every ox, sheep, and donkey.


Now go and attack the Amalekites and completely destroy everything they have.  Do not spare them. Kill men and women, infants and nursing babies, oxen and sheep, camels and donkeys.” ’


Then Saul struck down the Amalekites  from Havilah  all the way to Shur,  which is next to Egypt.


He captured King Agag  of Amalek alive, but he completely destroyed all the rest of the people with the sword.
