When they arrived at the place that God had told him about, Abraham built the altar there and arranged the wood. He bound his son Isaac  and placed him on the altar  on top of the wood.


Then he said, ‘A second time! ’ and they did it a second time. And then he said, ‘A third time! ’ and they did it a third time.


Then Nebuchadnezzar was filled with rage,  and the expression on his face changed towards Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. He gave orders to heat the furnace seven times more than was customary,


He exclaimed, ‘Look! I see four men, not tied, walking around in the fire unharmed;  and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.’  ,


The angel of God  said to him, ‘Take the meat with the unleavened bread, put it on this stone, and pour the broth on it.’ So he did that.
