Solomon left all the utensils unweighed because there were so many; the weight of the bronze was not determined.

‘Notice I have taken great pains to provide for the house of the Lord  #– #3,450 tonnes of gold, 34,500 tonnes of silver,  , and bronze and iron that can’t be weighed because there is so much of it. I have also provided timber and stone, but you will need to add more to them.

So to the best of my ability I’ve made provision for the house of my God:  gold for the gold articles, silver for the silver, bronze for the bronze, iron for the iron, and wood for the wood, as well as onyx, stones for mounting,  antimony,  , stones of various colours, all kinds of precious stones, and a great quantity of marble.

For the service of God’s house they gave 170 tonnes  of gold and 10,000 gold coins,  , 345 tonnes  of silver, 620 tonnes  of bronze, and 3,450 tonnes  of iron.

Solomon made all these utensils in such great abundance that the weight of the bronze was not determined.

As for the two pillars, the one basin, with the twelve bronze oxen under it, and the water carts  that King Solomon had made for the Lord’s temple, the weight of the bronze of all these articles was beyond measure.
