So Joab sent someone to Tekoa  to bring a wise  woman from there. He told her, ‘Pretend to be in mourning: dress in mourning clothes and don’t put on any oil.  Act like a woman who has been mourning for the dead for a long time.


But Geshur and Aram captured  Jair’s Villages  along with Kenath and its surrounding villages #– #sixty towns. All these were the descendants of Machir father of Gilead.


The sons of Jerahmeel, Hezron’s firstborn: Ram, his firstborn, Bunah, Oren, Ozem, and Ahijah.


Hezron’s sons, who were born to him: Jerahmeel, Ram, and Chelubai.


Ashhur fathered Tekoa and had two wives, Helah and Naarah.
